We experienced an outage affecting our online credit card services and elevated POS transactions between 14:37 PM and 14:55 PM CEST.
During a planned deployment, an issue occurred that impacted our credit card acquiring platform. As a result, transaction processing was temporarily unavailable and transactions failed.
Our team identified the issue and restored the service. We are continuing to investigate the root cause and are implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
