We would like to inform you that today, 24 June 2026, between approximately 09:30 and 10:15 CEST, our online credit card payment services experienced an outage. During this period, credit card transactions were unable to be processed.
The issue has been resolved and all services are fully operational again.

We experienced an outage affecting our online credit card services and elevated POS transactions between 14:37 PM and 14:55 PM CEST. During a planned deployment, an issue occurred that impacted our credit card acquiring platform. As a result, transaction processing was temporarily unavailable and transactions failed. Our team identified the issue and restored the service. We are continuing to investigate the root cause and are implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience caused.
